Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on Tuesday 13 June 2023 at the Winchelsea Centre, 11 High Street North Ruskington, NG34 9DY at 6.30pm.

No members of the public were in attendance.
Information on Ruskington Parish Council, its activities, and projects, and becoming a councillor were displayed. The public consultation for the pavilion was available to complete. Councillors were present to answer questions on Council business and projects and to hear public comments, concerns, and ideas for the village. Annual Reports from the Parish, District, and County Council had been circulated prior to the meeting and were available. Refreshments were served.
The Chairman opened the meeting at 6.30pm.
1. To receive the Chairman’s Annual Report
Councillor Ditch presented the Annual Report for 2022-2023.
2. To receive questions from the public on council business and receive ideas for future village projects.
No members of the public were present, and no statements, questions or ideas for projects had been received in advance of the meeting.
The Charman closed the meeting at 6.55pm.
The notes were approved as accurate Minutes at the Annual Parish Meeting on 12 March 2024 with eight votes for, no abstentions and no votes against.
