Ruskington Parish Council would like to inform residents that, in accordance with the Cemetery Rules and Regulations adopted on 10th September 2024...
...we will begin the annual removal of Christmas wreaths and non-regulation items from graves on 31st January 2025.
This process is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the cemetery as a safe, tidy, and respectful space for all visitors and loved ones.
Important Information for Relatives and Loved Ones:
- Any Christmas wreaths or items that do not comply with the cemetery rules will be removed starting on 31st January 2025.
- Residents are kindly requested to remove any personal keepsakes or non-regulation items from graves before this date.
- Items left after this date may be removed by Parish Council operatives.
We understand that graves and memorials hold deep personal significance, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us uphold the regulations designed to ensure the cemetery remains a peaceful and dignified resting place.
