The Parish Council is seeking recommendations for professional local building companies to carry out masonry repairs to the public toilet block located on Church Street.

This facility is an important part of our village infrastructure, and we are looking to appoint a contractor who can undertake the necessary repair works to ensure the building remains safe, structurally sound, and visually presentable for public use.

Scope of Works:

The work will focus specifically on:

  • Repairs to external masonry or brickwork

  • Repointing, replacing damaged bricks or blocks, and restoring any areas of deterioration

  • Ensuring the structural stability and weather resistance of the affected areas

A full specification will be provided to interested contractors upon enquiry.

Contractor Requirements:

We are looking for building companies who:

  • Are fully qualified and insured to carry out masonry repair work

  • Have experience working on public or commercial buildings

  • Can provide references or examples of recent similar work

  • Are compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation
