This month we’re recognising the vital work of our Parish Clerk, Kathryn Locke, as part of Local Council Clerk Week.
Kathryn has been Clerk to Ruskington Parish Council since 2019 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the council’s business. This includes managing staff, services, contracts, cemetery administration, planning responses, resident enquiries, and ensuring that the council operates within its legal powers.
Kathryn’s background includes work in health, education, parenting support, and community development across the UK and Germany. She’s a qualified Clerk (CiLCA) and a Neighbourhood Planning Champion for North Kesteven.
We're proud to have such an experienced and community-focused Clerk at the heart of the Council.
