The Government is proposing changes to how local councils are structured, aiming to replace the current two-tier system [county and district councils] with new unitary councils.
These larger councils may later form Strategic Authorities with elected mayors.
To help shape the future of local governance, North Kesteven District Council is inviting feedback through a short survey (approx. 4 minutes) focused on what matters most to residents and local councillors.
