Ruskington Parish Council has received more than 3000 free trees and hedge plants from The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) since 2023.
These have been planted in Horseshoe Hollow by the Environment Caretaker, Andy, as part of ongoing work to improve and strengthen the local green space.
The figure above reflects only the plants donated by TCV. Additional trees and hedging have also been planted from other sources.
TCV provided these plants at no cost, and their support has made a real difference to the area. The Parish Council offers a warm thank you to The Conservation Volunteers for helping to enhance the natural environment in Ruskington.
A map showing the registered TCV trees and hedge plants planted so far is included below.
