Please consider completing the Environment Agency's flooding survey detailed below (hard copies available in Parish Council office). Your input is vital in safeguarding our community. Thank you.

Dear resident or business owner,

October 2023 and January 2024 Flooding Data Collection Survey

I am contacting you following the recent flooding in October 2023 (Storm Babet) and January 2024 (Storm Henk). We always look to gain as much information as possible after a flood, so that we can better understand what happened and the impact it had on you and the community.

We would like to ask you to complete a data collection survey to help us with this – even if your property was not affected.

The information you provide will also help us to improve our Flood Warning Service so that the messages are as accurate and timely as they can be.

The data survey is available online here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/LNAFlooding/ or please use the QR code below. If you would like a hard copy instead, or prefer to complete an electronic version, please contact us by email frt.lincsandnorthants@environment-agency.gov.uk or call 03708 506 506.

If you have kindly given this information to us already, or to another partner organisation, please ignore this letter unless you have anything additional to share. This could be further information, photos, CCTV/doorbell images, drone or dashcam footage.
