Terms of Reference

Council Delegates to Outside Agencies

The Council may from time to time appoint delegates as Council Representatives to organisations that can impact on the village and its residents.

A Delegate’s function is to attend the organisation’s meetings, observe and report back to Council.  If the Council so wishes it can instruct the delegate if further action or communication is required.

The Council currently has Delegates representing it at the following Organisations:

1.    Ruskington Emergency Planning Advisory Group

2.    Ruskington Village Hall Management Committee

3.    Ruskington Area Veterans’ Group

4.    Ruskington Medical Centre – Patient Participation Group
