Office Relocation - 16th February 2021

I hereby give you notice that a meeting of the Ruskington Parish Council Office Relocation Committee will be held remotely using MS365 Teams on Tuesday 16 February 2021 starting at 10.30am. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend the meeting but must contact the Clerk prior to the meeting to arrange this and are welcome to submit questions or short statements to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.  All Members of the Office Relocation Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda 

1. Apologies for absence - to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. 

2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011- being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests. 

3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the last Office Relocation Committee meeting held remotely on Wednesday 3 February 2021. 

4. Expenditure to date. 

5. To agree the date for the next meeting. 

6. To resolve whether to exclude the public and press, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, to discuss the following legal matters. Should this resolution be passed, members of the public and press will be required to leave the meeting / the remote meeting will end and a further meeting of the Council will be convened immediately. 

7.  To receive information and any quotes received for the refurbishment of the flat at the rear of the parish office property. 

8. To receive information and any quotes received for the parish office improvements. 

9. To receive an update on the application for borrowing approval and agree recommendations for Council to consider at the ordinary meeting on 23 February 2021.
