I hereby give you notice that a meeting of the Recreation Committee of Ruskington Parish Council will be held remotely on Tuesday 9 March at 7.00pm via MS365 Teams. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend and may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee at this time. Please contact the Clerk in advance of the meeting for this to be arranged.
All Councillor Members of the Environment Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Receive declarations of interest and consider applications for dispensations in relation to DPIs.
Disclosure of Pecuniary and Non-Pecuniary Interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for Disclosure is to be based upon agenda items or at any suitable time during the Meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
3. Notes of the meeting of the Recreation Committee held remotely on 19 January 2021 to be approved as Minutes.
4. Finances:
4.1. Expenditure to date.
4.2. To consider the quotes to replace the missing boundary fence at Parkfield, if available.
5. To receive an update on the installation of 6 LED PIR lights at the pavilion and removal of the 7 old lights.
6. Review of Covid-19 measures and the re-opening of sporting facilities following government guidelines.
6.1. Play areas (Currently open with daily weekday cleaning, disinfecting, and guidance for use displayed.)
6.2. MUGA (Currently closed due to lockdown 3.0 restrictions (when open - daily weekday cleaning, disinfecting, and guidance for use displayed.)
6.3. Sports Pavilion (Currently closed, including the toilets, due to lockdown 3.0 restrictions.)
6.4. To consider extended use of the pitches until June 2021 as recommended by the Football Association.
7. To consider the next steps in the creation of a dog exercise area at Parkfield to reduce incidences of dog fouling on the playing fields.
8. Delegates/Councillor Reports. No resolutions may be passed under this item, but requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda can be made.
