Notice of a meeting of the Finance Committee
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby give you notice that a meeting of the Finance Committee of Ruskington Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 11 January 2023 at 11am at Ruskington Parish Office, 7-9 High Street North, Ruskington, NG34 9DY. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend and may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee at this time.
All members of the Finance Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda
1. Election of Chairman of Committee for the remainder of the civic year.
2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011- being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting held on 30 November 2022.
5. To finalise the budget requirements for FY2023-2024 for recommending to Council at its next meeting on 19 January 2023.
6. To finalise the precept requirements for year 2023-2024 for recommending to Council at its next meeting on 19 January 2023.
