Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby give you notice that a meeting of the Recreation Committee of Ruskington Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 26 October 2022 at 7pm at Ruskington Parish Office, High Street North, Ruskington, NG34 9DY. A public session will commence at 7pm and members of the public and press are welcome to attend and may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee at this time. Due to the venue, please contact the Clerk in advance of the meeting for this to be arranged. Alternatively, you may submit a question or short statement to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.
All Councillor Members of the Recreation Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Receive declarations of interest and consider applications for dispensations in relation to DPIs.
Disclosure of Pecuniary and Non-Pecuniary Interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for Disclosure is to be based upon agenda items or at any suitable time during the Meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
3. Notes of the meeting of the Recreation Committee held on 23 June 2022 to be approved as Minutes.

5. To consider the report from the RoSPA play equipment inspection held on 19 August 2022.
6. To consider a report from Lincolnshire Football Association on the condition of the ground at Parkfield football pitches.
7. To receive an update on the pavilion kitchen.
8. To receive an update on the cleaning and refurbishment of the changing rooms.
9. To consider evidence and suggestions for the future use and refurbishment of the pavilion, including its use as a community café.
10. To receive the Clerk’s report.
11. To consider how to encourage football teams to keep the sports facilities clean, tidy and litter free.
12. To consider how to reduce incidences of dogs off lead and dog fouling on the play fields and in the play areas, including investigation into a Public Space Protection Order.
