Notice of a meeting of the Estate Management & Planning Committee
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby give you notice that a meeting of the Estate Management and Planning Committee of Ruskington Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 20 January 2026 at 12 noon at Ruskington Parish Office, High Street North, Ruskington, NG34 9DY. A public session will commence at 6.30pm and members of the public and press are welcome to attend and may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee at this time. Due to the venue, please contact the Clerk in advance of the meeting for this to be arranged. Alternatively, you may submit a question or short statement to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.
All Councillor Members of the Estate Management and Planning Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest and consider applications for dispensations in relation to DPIs. Disclosure of Pecuniary and Non-Pecuniary Interests is to be in accordance with the Localism Act 2011. The need for Disclosure is to be based upon agenda items or at any suitable time during the Meeting when it becomes apparent to a Member.
3. To approve the notes of the committee meeting held on 3 December 2025 as accurate Minutes.
4. To consider setting up Estates & Planning Committee Pavilion Working Party to specifically liaise on the pavilion refurbishment with the architect, Clerk, and appropriate advisors to produce Pavilion Refurbishment & Community Cafe Tender Document/s.
4.1. If approved, to consider/agree a date for the Working Party Meeting.
5. To consider the specification for the pavilion renovation project.
6. To draft the tender documents for recommending to Council at its meeting on 10 February 2026.
7. To consider any planning applications received from NKDC since the Council meeting held on 13 January 2026.
8. To confirm the date of the next Committee meeting as Tuesday 3 March 2026 at 6.30pm.
